Faulty, Defective or Unusable Products

If your product arrives faulty, defective, damaged, or is otherwise unusable, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will determine whether the product is eligible for a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you:

  • Change your mind.

  • Ordered the wrong item.

  • No longer want the product.

  • Purchased the product by mistake.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the fault is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, as required by law.
